Laiku Hawaii offers size exchanges on handmade swimwear and clothing, but only if the item is remade using the original fabric selection. Exchanges are accepted within 2 weeks of the shipping date, and items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. If an item shows signs of wear, it will not be eligible for exchange.
Because each piece is custom made, fabric selections cannot be changed after purchase. Please take your time when choosing your fabrics, as Laiku Hawaii cannot accept exchanges due to changes in fabric preference.
Bottom exchanges based on coverage are not accepted. Each style includes reference photos to show coverage and fit. If you prefer more coverage, please leave a note at checkout requesting moderate or full coverage.
As all items are handmade and made to order, Laiku Hawaii does not offer cash or credit refunds. Approved returns will be issued as store credit or remade and placed into the current production schedule, following standard turnaround times.
